Production Process

PU foaming under controlled temperature and pressure for stable density. Adhesion peel-tested per batch.
Salt spray, peel strength, color stability, dimensional and fire tests sampled from each production batch.
Anti-collision film, foam edges, fumigation-free pallets, panel ID labels — packed for sea container shipping.
Loading photos and video supplied. Loading plan optimized to maximize panels per 20'/40' container.
Quality Control
Our laboratory runs daily tests on raw materials, semi-finished panels and finished panels. No panel leaves the factory without a batch QC record.
