Steel coil incoming inspection
Steel coils are checked for thickness, zinc coating weight and surface quality before entering production.

Automatic forming & carving
CNC-controlled forming keeps profile depth, embossing and pattern alignment consistent across the same SKU.

PU core foaming
Rigid polyurethane foaming is controlled for stable density, adhesion and panel rigidity.

Batch QC testing
Dimensional checks, coating review, adhesion testing and batch records are prepared before packing.

Export packaging
Panels are protected with film, edge protection, labels and fumigation-free pallets for sea shipment.

Container loading
Loading plans, photos and videos help confirm packing before shipment release.
